How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per square foot, and the rate varies by furnishing type and fabric. We share rates upfront before measurement, so once measurements are done the cost is easy to calculate — you only pay for what you need, with no hidden costs.
How long does it take from order to installation?
Typically 7 to 14 days. We confirm the timeline when you order and keep you updated throughout.
Do I need to visit your showroom?
No. A visit is optional — we bring samples to your home during measurement so you can match colours against your walls, furniture and flooring.
Can you work with my interior designer or renovation timeline?
Yes. We coordinate with interior designers constantly and will slot in around your renovation schedule.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
That is normal. Our designer brings samples, understands your needs and home theme, then recommends a shortlist for you to compare.
Do you offer motorised or smart-home curtains?
Yes — Somfy, Dooya, A-OK, NOVO, plus Zigbee and WiFi motor options, so we can match most smart-home setups.
